The room was awesome and I would like the same room when I book again.
We had a leak under the kitchen sink. I called the front desk and they told me I had to call the company I booked the room with. I felt like that was too many hoops to go through especially when you are in vacation.

Everything was just perfect. The location, cleanliness, and responsiveness of the rental company. This was my second time staying in this unit. I am always searching for this unit to stay in since I come to Pensacola every other month.

I was told that my room would have a jacuzzi tub but it didn't and that was the main reason I chose the room
