A lovely stay in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The property has a restaurant on the first floor and is beautifully designed around an open-air lightwell, so the rooms and common areas get plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day. The location is excellent, with the lively streets, cafés, restaurants, and attractions of the Old Quarter all within easy reach, especially at night when the area really comes alive. The staff were definitely the highlight of my stay. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant team, was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They were always happy to recommend places to visit, share local tips, and give useful advice whenever I needed it. The room was also comfortable and well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant experience with a great location and wonderful service. I would definitely come back again!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel était bon, en plein milieu de la vielle ville, proche de deux lac et à distance reasonable a pied des différents lieux à visiter. Le quartier est vachement animé. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les personnes du staff qui sont tout bonnement adorables et souhaite mettre une emphase sur ce point.

Ethan at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, especially whenever we had questions or needed recommendations. The housekeeping service was excellent as ưell, our room was always clean and well taken care of. We spent some time at KANN and Duc and Toan made the experience even better. Both were attentive without being intrusive and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was great too! We didn’t get the chance to visit the spa because of our schedule, but it’s definitely on our list for the next trip. Would happily stay here again!
