Location. Just cross the pedestrian bridge to Pavilion. Sufficient and good private car park.
Bad drain smell coming from the master room toilet. Not enough sofa or seats in the living room.

The location is strategic. Walking distance to Pavillion. The house is spacious. Check in & check out easily w clear instruction fr owner. Owner is friendly & approachable. Kids were enjoying at swimming pool.
The house, including the living room and dining room, is clean. However, both toilets were smelly. In the master bedroom, we had to keep the toilet door closed to prevent the smell from spreading.

The fridge is a bit dirty and smelly. Some of door handles are broken too.
