170 - Sublime Flat in Center of Paris

Bonito, moderno, cerca de metro. Varios televisores y en general bien equipado.

Muy caluroso, no tiene aire acondicionado, y eso que estuve días que estuvo fresco en Paris. Al lado de uno de los dormitorios hay un generador que mete mucho ruido. Mala ventilación del departamento. Olllas en mal estado. Algunos platos saltados. Nos tocaron un par de arañas adentro del Depto. Tuvimos problemas al llegar, a pesar de haber avisado que llegábamos tarde, no nos llegaban los pasos para poder entrar. Tuvimos que llamar en varias ocasiones explicando que no nos llegaban e insistían que habían sido enviados por booking. Costo casi 1 hora que me lo enviaran por WhatsApp, no lograban entender que algún problema había que no llegaba. Estuvimos a punto de irnos a un Hotel.

We hadden geen warm water. De accommodatie is luxe maar mist daglicht en nodigt daarom niet echt uit om lang te blijven en te eten ondanks dat alle voorzieningen om te koken er ruimschoots aanwezig zijn.

De locatie is top. Dicht bij restaurants en winkels en de metro

The property is spacious and comfortable and the location is very good.

However, they have a serious problem with the electricity. The switch was tripping all the time, despite us having turned off pretty much everything but a few lights. We arrived around 22h and It was a bit scary come to a dark place. We could not figure out where the board was (no instructions given), and there was no one available on the phone to help us. Just keep in mind, especially if you travel with kids, that in case of emergency after 9am, no one will pick up the phone. Other than that, it was ok with the exception of the broken coffee table that barely stands up right and the dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinet. They should really check whether the previous guests washed the dishes before putting them into the cupboard. The smell of fish was quite unpleasant.
