Both the host and the manager of the facility were polite and eager to answer questions and accommodate needs. We were provided a welcome basket of local goods (alcoholic beverages and fruit jams ) that made us feel welcome. The facilities were fully stocked with everyday appliances and it made our family trip easier.
Location was not what we were expecting. The outdoor pools were not available due to weather conditions. Shopping for everyday items such as food / water / etc means that you need to travel to the town of karpenisi , 10 min drive which is a bit frustrating.
