    Stayed for one night booked two room for family of four. Food is below average in qty and quality. No toiletries no tea maker in room. Sunrise view is good from room.

    we stayed at this place during our travel in december. the photos shown on the app are very outdated, may be they were taken at the time when the hotel was constructed. The rooms are in bad shape. There is consistent electricity problem. The staff was limited and not able to attend the requirements on time. we ordered dinner which was served to us after one and a half hr. The bathroom was clean but the room itself was not maintained. The bed had cracks in it. I will not recommend this as a stay for specially couples.

    We booked this stay for our first anniversary, but it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. 1. Toiletries were not refilled, and we had to request them. The hair dryer was listed in the amenities but was not in the room—we had to call reception to get it. It should have been provided beforehand. 2. The WiFi did not work at all. Even after calling multiple times, we were told it was slow and wouldn’t work. If they were aware of the issue, it should have been fixed earlier. 3. There were no complimentary water bottles in the room. When we asked for water, the receptionist filled RO water in a used plastic bottle, which was very unhygienic. 4. Breakfast timing was 8–10 AM. On checkout day, we had to catch a train, but at 8:30 they were serving only poha, saying other items would take more time. The breakfast quality was also poor. 5. No Lift at the hotel of two floors, clearly not for elders. 6. When we asked for the room cleaning, receptionist directly refuse for it saying that after 1PM there is no cleaning service and blamed us that she asked in the morning but at that time we had to rush somewhere. Then when my husband strictly asked for it, then only they provided the basic cleaning. The only good part was the lake view from the room. Otherwise, the service was very disappointing at this price.
