The door on the other room does not close, making it uncomfortable when travelling with kids. There were no cooking utensils (pots). We had to order take aways

I booked this property for three separate occasions, each for one night. My first stay was pleasant; I stayed in a spacious unit equipped with a heater and other electrical appliances that ensured comfort. However, during my second stay, I encountered a serious issue: the property had no running water in the showers and no warm water available. This was a significant disappointment because I trusted the sellers based on my first experience, only to be met with inadequate amenities. They forced us to bathe in small tubs and use kettles to warm water, which was extremely unpleasant given the cold morning weather. My third stay was a complete disaster and a waste of money. I was provided with a markedly smaller room for the same price, lacking a heater, kettle, or stovetop. The blanket supplied was thin and insufficient, and the bathroom sink had no water at all, turning the night into a nightmare. I was beyond frustrated and angry. I chose this property again because my initial experience was satisfactory, but their service steadily declined with each stay. I paid expecting the standards promised on the app, not mediocrity. They failed to inform us about the inconveniences beforehand, refusing to allow us to change bookings. This creates distrust between the customer and seller. This experience was utterly disappointing and unacceptable.
