This is a very nice property, two dining rooms one ideal for a smaller group. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and utensils. Great fridge/freezer. Nice big TV with a comfortable large lounge as well as a small snug. Room outside to sit and have food. Bar-B-Q also available. Overall toilet facilities are good.
The internet is a disaster. It cuts out regularly, you cannot rely on it. There is very poor phone reception and data. Beds are a bit soft but that is personal taste. One toilet roll provided per bathroom is poor. It should be made clear that this house is totally unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. It is not accessible even on the ground floor. The ground floor bedroom is reached by going up four steps and down one and the on-suite is a step down as well.

The premises were excellent and perfect for our group of ten
The major problem was parking as we had 4 vehicles. Having said that we did all managed to park quite close to the house eventually

Very spacious and a good location.
No parking outside. Lots of minor issues, garden seating dirty, garden needed tidying up. Inside floors dusty.
