The property was tastefully decorated and was comfortable.

The sink in the bathroom is disappointing to say the least. It's difficult to wash your hands, the spout is incredibly small and the basin is even smaller. I strongly recommend replacing the sink in the bathroom. We compensated for this by brushing our teeth and washing our hands in the kitchen sink, where there was decent water pressure and an actual faucet that works. Not acceptable considering the style and modern construction of the unit. The shower diverter will also need some attention. It's either too hot or too cold and the sweet spot right in the middle is virtually nonexistent. I would also recommend replacing this. Also, the water pressure for the shower is disappointing, unlike the kitchen faucet which is excellent. There is a private fitness centre located directly underneath the unit. There's a continual sound of clanking weights and metal clashing from the weight room below. For a new construction building, this was very noisy.
