Domus Augustea 2 - 900 m a piedi dal Colosseo - Metro a 100 m

L'appartamento è silenziosissimo, le foto non rendono giustizia. È arredato con gusto e c'è anche una macchina per caffè Nespresso. Vicinissimo alla metro. Gli spostamenti sono facilissimi, supermercato dietro l'angolo, ristoranti e bar ovunque. Il self checkin e checkout è stato facile. La comunicazione con l'host puntuale.

Forse qualche stoviglia in più non avrebbe guastato e una mensola per riporre le derrate

Страхотна локация, на пешеходно разстояние от почти всички забележителности. Близо до метро станция. Много любезен домакин.

За двама човека е добре. Ние бяхме трима, нямаше чаршафи за дивана, който е доста стар и неудобен за спане. Сградата е стара, но това е центъра все пак. При условие, че човек се прибира за душ и спане е приемлив. Достъпа до стаята е по стръмни стълби, които ще са проблем за стари или по-слабо подвижни хора.

Good location in the city. An ideal location between the Colosseum and the train station. Additional heater in the apartment. Coffee capsules and tee. The host was in touch and willing to help. They also provided exhaustive travel tips. The only thing that saved our trip was the host's help and relatively fast response. Otherwise, the issues with the apartment would have made things much worse. It looks the same as in the photos, except for the balcony view, which was omitted.

There was no hot water in the apartment when we arrived. It was only fixed the next morning after we requested it. So on the first day of our stay, we had no hot water at all. There was no shower gel or shampoo (all the other places provided these). The electricity switches off if you turn on a couple of devices at once, and there were no clear instructions on how to turn it back on. (We finaly manged that with help of the host but we had to waste couple hours on fixing that) There is a balcony, but it opens onto an internal courtyard, so there is no street view, just the inside of the building. This wasn't mentioned anywhere. The bathroom was very cold. The furniture is old and some of it is broken: the toilet seat was broken and the boiler socket was just open wires without a cover. (the cover was added when the hot water was fixed)
