The staff were amazing but the hotel itself sucks big time. The building is old. No parking available and not even a tv in the room. I guess you truly get what you paid for!

The place is very unsafe, dirty & caters to per hour customers for quickies then sells as a premier hotel with AGODA. Agoda doesn’t care- all it wants is the money! Non working toilets, broken locks & nothing inside except for bed. There’s a karaoke place on the lower floor so the noise goes all the way to the mornings then drunk people starts arguing outside your hotel rooms. It’s supposed to be non smoking but the hallways smell terribly with smoke from the front staff smoking in the front office.
AGODA should take this off their hotel list!

Rivoli hotel Worst hotel that we stayed. is not well cleaned. Bathroom flush is not working. Water from shower is not that strong. Clogged draining systtem. Bedsheets and towels are old ones like its already yellow in color. Blanket is just only a piece of cloth.
I will not recommend to anyone wanting to stay there
The place is accesible to town that ia inly advantage
Otherwise all are disgusting.
