    Great location. Close to 3 subway stations. You walk out the front door and there is a little stream lined with cherry blossoms. The room was small, but fine for our purposes.

    Place was okay: clean and responsive staff. It’s just that No Aircon because of the cold weather when we stayed, and we do understand. We opened the windows to make it cooler but the place is surrounded by bars and people are so noisy. The management should change the AC system regardless of the weather, so that the guests have the option to use AC or not, just like the other hotels.

    Good value for the good location and clean room. Only issue was that the wifi was unusably slow so it is best to have a mobile data plan if you stay here.

    Overall, for the price we paid to stay at the ABiz Hotel, it wasn't bad value for money. However, I was disappointed by two things. First, there are no laundry facilities on site, so you'll need to walk about a block to the nearest laundromat. Second, the refrigerator in the room is really just a cool box. It only keeps small items slightly below room temperature, so don't expect it to properly chill drinks or store perishable food.
