A central option for a stay in Zicatela.

Great location, back far enough from the Main Street yet still close. Great rooftop area and spacious room! The management allowed us to leave luggage in the common area after checkout, which saved us hassle until we had to depart in the afternoon.

The rooms look ran down with loose toilet roll holders, water damaged benchtops and stained couches. The wifi was very average and dropped out often. The shared kitchen space is a little odd, feels like a hostel camp kitchen if you have multiple guests wanting to use it (like we did). The rooms don’t have a small fridge. The pool is pealing its paint and looks a bit worse for wear.

Great location, epic views

Very good location, epic sunset and ocean views from the rooftop that I was not expecting since the photos on the website did not show it! I added a photo to this review to show what I'm talking about here. Overall, very happy we stayed here and would stay again next time. Thank you!

No extra pillows or blankets (we only had two pillows and one thin sheet on our bed) that we could find, but we also didn't take the time to try to ask the staff to procure this so I don't consider that an issue really. That was our own fault for not asking.

Tolle Lage, aber nur eingeschränkte Empfehlung

Tolle Lage (ruhig, aber trotzdem innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten fussläufig im Trubel), schöne Ästhetik (dürfte allerdings demnächst mal renoviert werden), toller Ausblick von der Dachterrasse (inkl. Mehrblick), sehr bequemes Bett, sehr sauber und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verläuft recht unkompliziert.

Bis auf das Putzpersonal, welches kein einziges Wort Englisch spricht, ist niemand vor Ort und der Kontakt läuft nur über den Booking-Chat - auf jede kurzfristige Kleinigkeit kann also nicht reagiert werden. Unser Badezimmer hat wahnsinnig gestunken - das war wirklich nicht schön. Es gibt im gesamten Zimmer inkl. Bad nur 3 Haken. Da es im Zimmer insgesamt auch etwas feucht ist, werden keine Handtücher, Badesachen etc. trocken. Man darf die Sachen aber auch nicht draußen (zB Balkone) in die Sonne hängen. Die Sachen werden direkt vom Putzpersonal entfernt und man bekommt sofort eine Nachricht von der Unterkunft, dass man die Sachen dort nicht platzieren darf. Mit dem Concierge-Service haben wir sehr negative Erfahrungen gemacht. Wir hatten einen Airport-Transfer gebucht, der aber nie gekommen ist und parallel war auch niemand erreichbar. Ich würde unbedingt davon abraten, über sie zu buchen. Einfach am Flughafen ein lokales Taxi nehmen. Das kostet die Hälfte und ist zuverlässiger. Gleiches gilt für den Rückweg zum Flughafen. Insgesamt haben wir uns, vor allem aufgrund der Lage und weil es insgesamt gemütlich war, wohlgefühlt. Es gibt aber klare Mängel und in dem Preisrahmen und der Lage haben wir während unserer Aufenthaltes gleich mehrere bessere Unterkünfte gesehen, die wir beim nächsten Mal vorziehen würden.

Un hôtel calme très bien situé aux chambres sobres et à la déco recherchée mais qui commence à montrer des signes de besoin de rafraîchissement

Il n’y a pas de personnel les processus d’enregistrement et d’accès sont 100% digitaux ce qui fait que le moindre problème de connexion ou la moindre difficulté se révèle extrêmement stressante. Il n’y a aucune recommandation de restaurant ou de petit déjeuner. Le prix est très élevé au regard de l’absence de personnel et de la taille des chambres qui n’ont pas de frigo.

Muy agradable

El lugar está divino, es tal cuál las imágenes que muestran y siempre está limpio. Tienen una cocineta en área común y a mi me tocó que todos eran muy respetuosos con las cosas que dejabas ahí. La ubicación está excelente, puedes llegar caminando a la playa y restaurantes turísticos y el ambiente de todo el lugar muy agradable y tranquilo. La alberca también estaba limpia y puedes solicitar que te hagan limpieza en la habitación si así lo deseas. También cuentan con aire acondicionado todas las habitaciones.

Solo agregaría un espejo de cuerpo completo en la habitación y tal vez un par de sábanas extras.

Casa ideal para llegar a relajarse después de pasar el día en la playa.

Las instalaciones son tal cual las imágenes, muy acogedoras y bonitas. Las habitaciones tienen muy buen espacio y son bastante frescas. Está súper bien ubicado, llegábamos caminando (5min) a la playa y todos los comercios de punta zicatela.

Ideal!! Repetiríamos sin duda

Las inastalaciones estaban muy bien, todo muy nuevo, limpio y con muy buen gusto. Destacaría los detalles de decoración ( alfombra, lámparas, ducha) y se agradece que haya alberca por el calor

Todo nos encantó aunque mejoraría el agua caliente, pondría una ducha en la piscina (junto al lavado de pies) y la hora del check out la pondría a las 12.
