The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town, and we loved the decor of the apartment too. The space was cleverly designed and it was good to have air con (only in the lounge though, not the bedroom). Despite being in the heart of the town, no sounds from outside kept us awake.

The owners were already aware of the constantly dripping/refilling toilet but hadn't done anything about it before our arrival. As the bathroom was right next to the bedroom, this kept us awake. The apartment is also in need of a little tlc with threadbare carpets etc. Finally, we felt that the cleaning pressure was very overboard and a way of trying to scare us into paying more for a cleaning fee (which we didn't do)

Location smack in the center, interior ambiance in line with the town itself, nice place to spend time after dinner

We really liked the style and ambiance of the property. We were surprised by how quiet it was, despite being right in the city center. The bed was also very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city.

The kitchen was poorly equipped, which made cooking less enjoyable. The bed needed an extra blanket and at least the option of more pillows. The bathroom was okay, but the toilet was very high and looked dirty, so it really needs replacing. We could also smell the drains at certain times of the day, which wasn’t pleasant, especially since the bathroom is next to the bedroom. The sofas looked great, but they were not very comfortable. Overall, the apartment had great style and an excellent location, but several comfort and maintenance issues affected our stay.
