New apartment next to Warsaw

It was modern & nice to have an outside area (balcony). The entry was safe & secure. There was a fan. Kitchen had the basics you’d need to cook. There was an oven, 2 hobs and kettle - no microwave. There is a washing machine in the bathroom (no washing powder). A medium size fridge. Plenty of wardrobe space. An ironing board (but no iron).

3 of us stayed (one bed, one sofa bed) but there were only 2 chairs. So one of us had to sit on the bed and there was no outdoor furniture- that would’ve been a nice touch, so we could enjoy the balcony. The floor in the apartment was very dirty. Our white socks were black after just an hour walking around. There was a fan, but there wasn’t aircon (I’m pretty sure it was advertised as having air con). Also, there was a space for a TV and in the welcome message they said there was a tv will multiple streaming services - there was no TV and upon asking, we were told our room didn’t have one. The shower screen was not attached, there was a plastic shower curtain instead (which kept sticking to us in the shower - unpleasant). There was a dishwasher but no tabs were given (which I’d expect as we were told to put the dishwasher on before we checked out). I did message and ask for tabs, and they were given. When the cooker hob got too hot it would cut out and not switch on again. Upon arrival we realised they’d left us 1 toilet roll for the 3 of us for a 4 day stay.

The apartment is located in a calm area. Easy to find a parking spot around the corner. Modern and completely new.

The workers didn’t finished the apartment so it was really dirty from all the construction work. It was a bit too “clean” without any roller shutters. We tried to put trash bags against the windows to keep the light out. But this is all normal for a new apartment. We hope the owner gonna fix it within the next weeks.

Awesome accommodation with the perfect balance of comfort, beauty, and convenience. I will definitely return!

I usually prefer dark tones, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the light, airy design of this apartment.
