Pets Welcome Tiny House + Guadalupe River Access

Cute little tiny home with access to the river. We loved the loft, which was used for the kids. The communication with the manager was excellent. She was very responsive.

The houses around this property were party central, with very loud music going until the early hours of the morning. We are a family of 4 and couldn't sleep until the partying stopped. The AC's weren't able to maintain a comfortable temperature (it was August fyi - so hot in Texas). The tiny home had 2 small window units, one in the living area, and one in the bedroom. The loft area and living area were very hot and uncomfortable. The owner brought us a portable unit to use in the living room which helped. She was super friendly.

Super cute property in the perfect location. Beautifully presented with everything we needed! Loved the fire pit Excellent stay all round! Would highly recommend!

The home was very well decorated and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay! Loved that it was very clean upon arrival!! Access to the river was very easy to navigate with plenty of signs to direct you. We will definitely be booking again soon!

Everything was exactly what we needed. In a nice quiet location close to urban necessities or slow country vibes. Saw deer, it was peaceful and a perfect getaway from our large city home. Beds were great, everything worked great, and had all the essentials. Would stay again.
