The house is really cute, the yard is beautiful, the beds are comfy and the hot tub is great. Everything you need, including a washer/dryer.
AvantStay is super communicative and when I reached out about the smell, offered to come out to try and resolve right away.
As soon as I booked the house, the mgmt company started sending me constant texts and emails asking if I wanted to add anything to my stay. A little much.
Reeked terribly of fish throughout the house. I would recommend mgmt take the property down for a week to air it out, wash everything, and upholstery/rug clean the entire home. As I mentioned above, mgmt offered to come out to see what they could do but this job was too big to take care of without us leaving first.
Since there was no mention in listing of number of bathrooms, I looked at the AvantStay site and saw there were two. On arrival, discovered the second bathroom was the washer/dryer room which just had a broken toilet and no sink. Looked again at site to find it updated to one working bathroom. This was a little inconvenient.
The dishes in the cupboards were really dirty.
