Chateau Coho by AvantStay Easy Beach Access

The location was good. close to beach, but be warned there is only a small section that is public use. the rest is private and we got yelled at in front of our young children that we were not allowed to walk on the beach.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews. but...The house was filthy! dirt everywhere, sheets stained, dishwasher was disgusting (we cleaned the filter). Every dish was dirty, the drawers were dirty. We literally ran a load of dishes to make sure they were clean. I also cleaned the utensil drawer before putting the clean utensils back in. The shower in one bathroom is moldy everywhere the tiles that have broken off. In the other bathroom the glass shower door is about to fall off. The separate bedroom downstairs was full of pet hair and stunk like a cat peed in there so we couldn't even use it. The contact I had did come and change the sheets right away when we got there but we were never offered a discount or had any follow up (maybe a mid week cleaning would have been nice!). It would have also been nice if we knew that the beach only has a very tiny spot for public access - Was awful to get yelled at for taking our kids for a walk. The home is for sale, so unsure if the up keep just isn't there as they are hoping it will sell soon. All folded towels were damp. I am thinking housecleaners fold the towels while still damp. We threw them all in the dryer to ensure they didn't get moldy. We honestly couldn't believe how stained the sheets where.
