Landmark Signature Residence by CR Concept

ランドマーク81の目の前にあり、すぐ近くに広くて静かな川沿いの公園があります。飲食店、コンビニ、メトロも近くとても便利です。

空港からgrabの運転手に住所を見せましたがランドマーク81に到着しました。スタッフの方とはワッツアップで連絡できたので見つけて頂けました。同じ作りのマンションが何棟もならんでいるので、初めて行く方は気をつけて下さい。

The owner is kind, relaible and flexible. Checkout is easy. The apartment is clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Credit card payment in Vietnam can be complicated. It was here as well. Please be prepared that the POS cost will be charged to you on top of the price you see on Booking. Bank transfer via Revolut or another app can save this potential additional cost, if you don’t want to pay cash.

The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. The host was also responsive when we experienced a leak from the ceiling and arranged for maintenance promptly. That said, we did have to adjust our plans to accommodate the maintenance visit, which was a bit inconvenient.

I was a bit disappointed with my experience. There were quite a few ants present, which made the space feel less clean than expected. We also had to ask for basic items like hand soap and paper towels in the bathrooms, which would have been nice to have readily available. Additionally, when it came time to pay, we were not given the option to use a card due to an assumption made about us. This felt uncomfortable and could have been handled more thoughtfully. Overall, there were a few issues that took away from what could have been a much better experience.
