It was a clean small room :) perfect for one night
1. i messaged via booking, that we will arrive later and as answer I got that if we come later than the time and we don’t message them, they will cancel the booking. Maybe lost in translation, but not the best start.
2. We arrived at 11:45am after a tour to the floating markets and asked for 15min extra time for checkout at 12. The answer was no. But when we rushed to our room the was the cleaning lady already inside! Not ok!
3. Reception didn’t speak English just said yes to everything which led to confusion.
