With 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and sleeping arrangements for up to 25 guests, this home is built for both comfort and connection.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious, open-concept layout with high-end furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful amenities throughout—including smart TVs, USB/USB-C outlets in every room, and a beverage dispenser. One bedroom is wheelchair accessible with no stairs, a roll-in shower, and an accessible sink, making it a welcoming space for guests of all abilities.
Outdoors, the fun continues with your own private pool and hot tub, covered patio, and plenty of room to lounge or play. Challenge the crew to a round of ping pong, foosball, cornhole, or pool volleyball, or unwind with a BBQ on the grill. Kids (and kids at heart) will love the bunk rooms and private putting green for a little friendly competition.
Conveniently located just a 7-minute drive to Sand Hollow, this home also includes a 2-car garage and 4 designated parking spots to make arrival and exploration easy.
Whether you're relaxing by the pool, making memories around the grill, or enjoying the fully accessible layout, Desert Mirage is the perfect blend of comfort, entertainment, and inclusivity—crafted to make your Southern Utah getaway unforgettable.
Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Pecan Valley—an up-and-coming, resort-style community designed for adventure and relaxation. Now open, Pecan Valley Resort features brand-new water amenities including a wave pool, lazy river, waterslides, and pool, all designed to deliver fun for guests of all ages.
We’re thrilled to share that our vacation rental guests have been graciously granted access to these amenities—with up to 12 complimentary wristbands per day, available at the front desk (waiver required). Additional wristbands can be purchased at a 15% discount, exclusively for vacation rental guests. This optional activity is the perfect way to cool off and make memories during your stay—whether you plan ahead or decide to drop in and soak up the fun!
Current hours for the amenities are 4 PM–8 PM Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 3 PM-9 PM on Friday, 11 AM–7 PM Saturday & Sunday, Closed on Tuesdays for maintenance. The waterpark will close for the season Nov 1–Jan 31, but the clubhouse—including the arcade, restaurant, golf simulator, cabanas, and spas—will remain open during that time. A new parking lot is also underway and expected to be completed by end of December.
Additionally, while staying in this property as a Property Manager guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, ATV rentals, Cafe Sabor, Bike Rentals, and more! We can additionally offer concierge services regarding booking golf tee times, hiring private chefs, or scheduling an in-house massage. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
