The location was convenient, the views of the mountains and ocean were gorgeous, the apartment was large and spacious and very comfortable. A perfect apartment for a small family beach getaway!
There was a small issue with the toaster not working (handle wouldn't stay down) but otherwise everything else was wonderful.

Huge unit with awesome views both to beach and hinterland
Location was great. 705 bus stop just outside with 15 min service really suited us when we went visiting friends
Our concierge Mara was super friendly and helpful too
Not much to whinge about but we struggled with the tv and the stove
