Brand New Fully Updated Condo 912 in Anacortes

Clean, modern, nicely decorated. Kitchen is equipped well. Beds were comfortable. Dog friendly.

The couch wasn’t very comfortable but sufficient for our short stay.

Das Haus war sauber und die Küche mit den Basics ausgestattet. Es scheint relativ neu renoviert zu sein und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Man kann kostenfrei auf der Straße vor dem Haus parken und wohl auch auf dem Grundstück selbst. Die Lage ist gut und man ist in 10-15 Minuten nach Downtown gelaufen.

Es gibt eine Garage die darf allerdings nicht genutzt werden. Die Vermietungsfirma empfanden wir als etwas anstrengend. Wir mussten einen zusätzlichen Mietvertrag ausfüllen, eine ID hochladen und dann noch ein Selfie mit der ID neben dem Gesicht. Da uns die Bürokratie zu viel war, da wir ja bereits über booking gebucht hatten, würden wir das Haus nicht mehr mieten. Keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einer mobilen Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die gut funktioniert aber relativ laut ist und das andere Schlafzimmer mit einem Ventilator.

The property requires a lease document, as well as submisssion of a photo ID and selfie with that ID. Not the end of the world, but much more than I've ever been required to do at another short term rental.

Favorite part of this property was its location.

It was very difficult to get into the unit. We were asked to sign a separate lease agreement after renting through Booking.com that required us to put a lot of personal information including credit card info into unsecured forms. It took many hours of back and forth communication with the owner to get the info we needed to check in and get inside the unit. There was also no wifi or parking available. We spoke to a third party assistance line multiple times and they were not very helpful. The additional rental agreement should’ve been given to us when we payed for the unit that way we don’t waste time. We were visiting family and the communication back and forth was time consuming and unnecessary if those forms would have given to us from the start.
