Since the bed was broken, one person did not have a good night of sleep

The location was great. Parking was available. It was spacious for four people.

Nice flat for a weekend

The location, the flat was big and quiet, parking in front of the building, the view was also nice. I think I got it on a last-minute sort of offer, so for the price paid, I am super happy and it was totally worth it!

Cheap cutlery, 1 large towel for 2 adults, 3 small ones, no paper rolls in the kitchen, but it was OK for a weekend!

We had a very pleasant stay! The accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed. The surrounding area was absolutely beautiful, and we especially loved taking walks to the waterfall just behind the house. A truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Good price and nice view

We were looking for something last minute so this was very doable as we could just to in the apartment any time. The apartment is very big. It wasn't very modern but for the price it was very good, moreover it was very clean and the beds were good as well. The view is nice on the front.

The size of the appartment was huge enough to cover all of our needs! very convenient and very nice!

The lighting was a bit dim and the heating was off in the evening, so it became a little cold.

More than good enough for our short stay.

It is a very spacious apartment. We only stayed there for two nights, so it was more than enough for our needs. Overall it has a a lot of facilities, including training bike inside. Is has a huge bathroom with a bathtub (my favourite part. :) ). Neighbourhood, as most of the Alps, has picturesque views and especially quite large waterfall in the walking distance from the property (around 15 - 20 mins uphill). There are also hiking trails in close vicinity, but we haven't used them during this short stay. Overall for our stay it was a good experience.

The data on the Booking.com on the location of the apartment is not accurate. We arrived at late evening by car and it was quite confusing in the dark to realise that this was the wrong location. Neighbourhood is not very crowded and quite dark and at the beginning of May it's also quite cold, so it was a bit worrying to find yourself with two kids in such a situation. Luckily the right location is searchable in Google Maps by the address specified in the property information and is very close by (100 meters down the same street). The interior of the apartment seems to be relatively new and clean, though I would say a bit crowded with furniture, especially in the living room. We haven't used most of it. At the same time the hallways and exterior (balcony, garden, etc.) looked quite oldish and worn. I feel some investment into it would be beneficial to make it a bit more attractive for longer stay. Not specific to this apartment, but more to the area around, that during this period (beginning of May and I assume this is from March) practically EVERYTHING is closed. Even worse we arrived on Saturday evening and on Sunday even shops were closed. This makes it quite hard to find any interesting experiences during the stay in this period, especially without own car. Most of the hiking trails would have to be started from the bottom and would take quite a big portion of the day to complete to the end. With the car a bit more accessible points are reachable, but I would say still not that many as many roads that lead to interesting trails are closed for public access.

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Die Wohnung war katastrophal, alles war sehr dreckig, es befand sich Müll in der Wohnung, die Spüle und die Küchenzeile waren mit Essensresten verspritzt und der Herd mit Flecken. In den Schränken stand schmutziges Geschirr und ein kaputtes Glas, im Bad war Schimmel und gebrauchte Abschminktücher und weder in der Badewanne noch im Waschbecken lief das Wasser ab. Die Toilettenbrille war ebenfalls verspritzt. Wir nahmen freundlich Kontakt mit dem Vermieter auf und baten um ein Entgegenkommen, da wir über 500€ für das Wochenende bezahlt haben und uns in dieser Wohnung definitiv nicht wohlfühlen konnten. Der Vermieter bezeichnete unsere Bitte als unverschämt und verlangte Beweise. Wir sendeten ihm daraufhin Bilder zu, auf die er nicht reagierte. Bei einem erneuten Anruf 2 Tage später meinte er, er hätte noch keine Zeit gehabt, sich diese anzuschauen und legte auf, nachdem wir um eine Rückmeldung bis Mittwoch baten. Wir raten klar von dieser Ferienwohnung ab!

Nicht empfehlenswert, das war das erste und das letzte mal.

Aussicht war gut

Wir hatten das Apartment 4 im Erdgeschoss links gebucht. Beim Eingang ging das Licht nicht. Im Badezimmer hatte es Schimmel an der Wand. Beim WC hatte es keine Heizung, der Raum war kalt. In der Küche war das Geschirr, Pfannen nicht sauber. Sie hatten noch Fett resten am rand drauf oder die Pfannen waren verkratzt. Teller und Gläser mussten wir zuerst Reinigen. Mikrowelle gab es keine. Am zweiten Tag, wärend wir einen Ausflug machten, ging der Besitzer mit Handwerkern in unsere Wohnung, und führte Renovations Arbeiten durch. Es wurden Dübel und Schrauben entfernt und mit Spachtel die Dübel löcher zu gemacht. In jedem Zimmer auch Badezimmer und WC. Ohne uns zu informieren. Wir hatten dann am Abend , als wir zurück kamen dem Vermieter gleich geschrieben, als wir es festgestellt hatten, dass jemand in unserer Gemieteten Wohnung war, und haben ihn dann gefragt ob das der tatsache enspricht. Er hat dann gleich später zurückgerufen und bestätigt, das er in der Wohnung war mit Handwerkern und sie Arbeiten ausgeführt haben. ( Das gilt als Hausfriedensbruch, ist nicht erlaubt ohne uns zu informieren )

Gaila kad tik įsivaizduoti galėjau kaip faina būtų jei šito namo šeimininkas įrengtų pirtį ir sutvarkytų rūsyje esantį barelį su židiniu. Garantuoti vakarai ir socialinė dalis. Vieta super potenciali, bet kolkas merdinti.

ruhige Lage, große Küche und Wohnzimmer, Elektroöfen in Küche, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer machen warm, Bad hat nicht funktioniert!

Altes klappriges Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, absolut inakzeptabel! Möblierung alt und Küchenausstattung wie vom Sperrmüll zusammengesammelt. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, alte gammelige Leintücher mit eingetrockneten Blutflecken. So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Altes renovierungsbedürftiges Bad, Schimmel an der Badewanne/Dusche. Wasser läuft im Waschbecken und Badewanne nicht ordentlich ab. Licht im Flur hat nicht funktioniert. Kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter bei der Anreise und Check-in, sagt eigentlich schon alles …

Wir werden die Wohnungen nicht noch einmal buchen und würden sie auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben 2 Appartements gemietet: Wohnung 1 im obersten Stock und Wohnung 3 im ersten Stock. Wohnung 1 ist ganz gemütlich eingerichtet mit Blümchensofas und Rüschenvorhang wie bei Oma, Wohnung 3 ist sehr karg möbliert und ungemütlich.

Die Wohnungen sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das wäre nicht so schlimm, wenn es gepflegt und sauber wäre. Beide Wohnungen sind aber schlecht geputzt mit fleckigen Bettlaken, dreckigem Geschirr und alles mögliche ist kaputt ( zb Spülmaschine macht nicht sauber, da alles verkalkt, Regler von Heizungen abgebrochen, dadurch nicht regulierbar, Gummimatten im Bad ganz schwarz vor Gammel…) Küche sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Ein minimaler Invest bei H&M Home und die Erledigungen von kleinsten Reparaturen würden die Wohnungen sehr aufwerten und verhindern, dass man sich als Gast total abgezockt fühlt.

Schrecklich und dreckig, eine Frechheit

Wir fanden das Appartement verdreckt vor, mit kaputten Möbeln, defekten Lichtern, nicht regulierbaren Heizungen, Fenster die sich nicht ganz schließen lassen. Wir sind als Familie angereist und mussten dann vorzeitig abreisen, da wir die Küche nicht benutzen konnten, das Geschirr war verdreckt mit Essensresten und einfach lieblos in die Schränke geworfen. Die Wohnung war komplett mit Teppich ausgestattet und dieser war übersät mit großen Flecken und Essensresten der Vorgänger. Als wir ankamen mussten wir erstmal die Toilette putzen um sie überhaupt benutzen zu können. Überall Spinnenweben und Haare, es war eine Zumutung! Für 300 Euro pro Nacht eine Unverschämtheiten. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt!

Das apartment war eigentlich nicht vermietbar weil das bett im wohnzimmer kaputt war, das im schlafzimmer nicht für erwachsene gemacht. Heizung nicht funktionsfähig. Ich und meine Gattin können nichts positives sagen.

Della struttura in sé niente. Unica nota positiva la posizione. Vallata molto bella.

Un odore sgradevole di ambienti poco areati e puliti, infatti anche la pulizia interna non era adeguata. Mobilio molto datato e fatiscente. Divano letto con testata sciupata probabilmente da un gatto. Materasso molto rigido e rete rotta (una gamba non toccava nemmeno terra). Nella camera principale tavolo da cucina con formica che si staccava e sedie nemmeno abbinate. Nel pavimento piccolo gradino che dal corridoio entra in cucina senza cornice di giunzione e al centro della cucina le strisce di linoleum (o di cosa siano fatte non saprei) scollate con il rischio di inciampare. Siamo arrivati quando era già buio e l’unica luce illuminava solo il portoncino di entrata. Nel parcheggio e lungo la scala d’ingresso completamente buio. Nel complesso molto deludente per l’importo richiesto. Tanta manutenzione da fare. NON CONSIGLIATO.

Das Appartment ist nett eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man kann sich dort sehr wohl führen.Das Sofa ist zum Schlafen sehr bequem.Das Haus hat einen besonderen Flair und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderbar! Super Preisleistungsverhältnis!

Die Betten waren leider zu weich. Es gab keine funktionierende Küchenbeleuchtung, die müsste mal erneuert werden, damit man beim Kochen auch etwas sehen kann.

Un toit sur la tête.

Dès notre arrivée les abords du chalet (végétation dense, escaliers en décrépitude, tout comme les murs) donnait déjà le ton de notre découverte à l’intérieur… Entrée : forte odeur d’humidité, moquette murale en lambeaux Salle de bain: baignoire et lavabo bouchés, pas de tapis de bain, serviettes de toilette éliminées Cuisine: vaisselle sales, liquide vaisselle dilué Chambre: pas d’alèse sur les matelas, oreillers minuscules, housse de couette mouillée Séjour: pas de télécommande tv, déco d’un autre temps Ce chalet manque d’un cruel entretien et de ménage, pourtant vous êtes attentifs aux procédures. Problème de conciergerie ?? C’est un vrai gâchis

Het is ruim maar daar is alles mee gezegd.

Het is er vies en van geen enkel gemak voorzien. Brandblussers in het pand zijn voor het laatst gekeurd in 2013. Wanneer je naar buiten gaat moet je de deur van het pand in het slot draaien maar als er brand uitbreekt komt niemand meer het pand uit. Ik begrijp niet hoe deze accommodatie aan dit cijfer komt.
