La zona es muy buena. El alojamiento está reformado, limpio, todo correcto. Las habitaciones están muy bien y tiene una terraza muy agradable.
El portal se veía algo viejo, y el ascensor no tenía puerta, lo que puede ser problemático para familias con niños, por ejemplo. La plaza de garaje era absurdamente pequeña, tenía tabiques a ambos lados haciendo que fuese imposible salir del coche una vez aparcas. Quizá para coches muy pequeños valdría, pero para coches modernos se queda muy pequeña. Esto obliga a aparcar en la calle, y es muy complicado encontrar sitio cerca del alojamiento, tuve que aparcar a unos 10 minutos andando todas las noches.
