La résidence est située au calme et dans un environnent arboré. Proche du centre ville, l'Océan est accessible à vélo via les pistes cyclables sous les pinèdes. Cette résidence est un bijou et permet de rayonner et visiter du Cap Ferret, Lacanau et Bordeaux.

La boite à clé ne s'ouvrait pas nous avons téléphoné à la propriétaire qui s'est déplacée.
Les matelas (taches sur le lit 140) Alèse ( propreté douteuse ) Douche vieillotte et rouillée Vaisselle (casserole pas propre a notre arrivée)
