House was beautiful and large. Relatively clean. Accommodated 15 well. The fishing pond was convenient, accessible with plenty of fish so small children enjoyed. Nice big yard with plenty of room for yard games. Neat to have a golf driving range right on site. The access to the chicken coupe was wonderful for the little children.

Pictures included. Very unhappy with the unkept condition of the watercraft. They advertise, with beautiful pictures, the lake access with everything clean and well kept, but the canoe and both paddle boats were completely filled with water and pond scum. They had plants growing out of them so I have no idea when they were last tended to. The dock looked disheveled and did not look safe to walk on. The host said the handyman was away this week and besides there was a chance of rain that would fill the boats up. IT DID NOT RAIN ALL WEEKEND. The host told me I could use a pump in the garage. It took me almost 2 hours to pump out the water and used a towel to wipe off the caked slime and pond scum. They have Ring cameras all over the place so they could see me having to go back and forth between the garage and all the way back down to the pond. I had to go through two batteries for the water pump. When I’m paying $4,500 for a weekend on vacation I shouldn’t have to do that. If it were old or non- handy people staying there, then the lake would have been unusable. They advertised the lake and it was what lured us to the house so it was wrong for them. Also they advertise $10 per 100 balls. I ordered 300 balls and my kids counted a total of 205. Just say it’s per bucket. Also, the trail system was overgrown, unmaintained and had broken glass along the upper side near the fence (kids should be careful around that section). I would have thought that they would have compensated us somehow for the time to get the boats pumped and cleaned.
