Luxury stay experience in Bari

Everything it’s amazing, clean and beautiful, and the owners are great!

The apartment is very nice, spacious enough and tastefully furnished. The books make it feel homey. The bathroom is beautiful and there is an additional heater for added comfort. The host is welcoming and available for communication. You do need to be mindful of respecting the house rules such as proper recycling and disposal of waste on marked days.

The heating vent is noisy but it isn't an issue if you heat the apartment while you're away. The floor in the kitchen and the living room is quite cold. The host provided disposable slippers which were appreciated. If you come in the winter and get cold feet easily, I suggest you bring warm socks or your own slippers.

Cozy apartment, nicely furnished

Dirty floor, dusty lamps, mirror not cleaned properly. Many rules to follow, apartment full of personal locked stuff which makes the stay feel intruding and not prepared for rent. No toilet brush!

La struttura è arredata magnificamente, con pezzi eleganti e scelte cromatiche tali da rendere l'insieme estremamente accogliente. Anche i servizi sono comodi, ampi. La posizione, a due passi dal mare e da locali accoglienti, è strategicamente molto interessante.

L'avvio dell'esperienza è stato terribile. Quando sono entrato nella struttura era tutto in disordine, il letto da rifare, il bagno e il piano cottura da pulire e il proprietario irreperibile. Sono stato costretto a contattare l'assistenza di Booking (cordiale e puntuale). Mentre descrivevo la situazione all'operatore (efficientissimo) sono arrivati gli addetti alle pulizie. Ho dovuto attendere un'ora per poter accedere alla struttura. Per fortuna, a poche decine di metri, sul mare, c'è un bar accogliente dove abbiamo potuto attendere serenamente che terminassero le pulizie. Solo allora siamo stati contattati dal proprietario, col quale ci siamo serenamente confrontati e si è gentilmente scusato per quanto accaduto. Entrati nella struttura tutto è andato per il meglio. In conclusione: se ce ne sarà l'occasione tornerò volentieri in questa struttura, sperando di non ripetere l'esperienza, perchè merita: elegantissima, in una zona della città non centrale ma a due passi dalla fiera, dal mare e da locali ineteressanti.
