Le cadre , la déco, l’accueil

The location was excellent. Marmoutier is a nice small Alsatian village and we were right behind the church. Having a terrace into the owner’s garden created a great environment and a great aspect in the morning as the sun welcomed us for the day. The lounge room was a great size, the kitchen had all the utensils and things we needed to cook. Having a washing machine made things easier for our two weeks stay. It was all very clean and the owners were very friendly and helpful. The village offered a great local bakery, a charcuterie with all included prepared meals and a wonderful pizza shop. The local supermarket was just outstanding and on the way to Saverne. A truly great stay as it offered some great rides as well.

Hervorragendes Appartement, liebevoll ausgestattet. Geräumiges Wohnzimmer und gut ausgestattete Küche (incl. Nespresso Kaffeemaschine). Schönes Bad und eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten. Das Appartement liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ortskern (mit Bäcker), direkt gegenüber der bekannten Kirche. Es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig, die Kirchenglocken hört man überhaupt nicht (und ich bin da sehr empfindlich ...). 100 m entfernt gibt es ausreichend viele kostenlose Parkplätze, und die Fahrräder kann man im Innenhof in einer Garage abstellen. Luc ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Er spricht deutsch und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben.
