The apartment is close to the bus stations, has a refrigerator, stove, hob, a large bed and a sofa. It is about ~30min walk to the Duomo.

The bed has a soft mattress, but it will need to be replaced soon as it has started to sag in the middle. The pillows are not very comfortable—they are quite firm, I did find a softer one in the wardrobe, but it had lumps. The most disturbing issue was the shower, which was full of mold (they should also check behind the sliding door when cleaning…). The bathroom feels improvised and smells of mold and sewage. When we arrived, no window was open and the bedroom door was closed, so the smell was very unpleasant. Another very annoying aspect is that the bathroom ventilation turns on when you switch on the light and does not stop immediately after you turn it off—it keeps running for quite a while. So, if you go to the bathroom at night, you can’t turn on the light because the fan noise will make it hard to fall back asleep. The bidet should be removed and a larger sink should be installed (I think this would be more important). For a one-week stay, two sets of towels should be provided (especially since there is no proper place to dry them, and they quickly develop an unpleasant smell). There are no rugs on the floor; slippers should be provided, as it’s annoying to walk directly on the cold floor.
