Hotel Marigold Naroda

Location was good along with the staff. They were very supportive.

The staff were really lovely and accommodated us for late check in. Everything was great for our short stay.

I liked that the hotel was reasonably priced and conveniently located near the ring road, with good basement parking and clean, well-functioning lifts. The room was cozy, the bed was clean and hygienic, and the Android Smart TV was a nice addition.

The room had poor ventilation, and the walls were dirty and unkempt. When I arrived, the garbage bag had not been replaced, and I had to request water and a towel. There was no soap available for handwashing, and the toilet had not been flushed when I first opened it. The AC and geyser were turned off externally by the staff and were not switched on before my check-in, so I had to ask them to turn on the AC. The TV remote had low batteries and did not work until they replaced them after I reported it. The internet was the most disappointing part—there were no WiFi signals in my room at all. Interestingly, the TV was connected to a different WiFi network that was not provided to guests for use on their phones or other devices.
