Ferienhaus Königstein

This is a place where you can truly feel the atmosphere of the surrounding mountains. It's the kind of place you want to come back to. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed by the thoughtfully designed interior, which harmoniously combines a historical atmosphere with modern amenities - everything was created with love and impeccable taste. There is also a lovely outdoor terrace with a seating area. The location is very convenient, with both the train station and a supermarket within easy walking distance. From Königstein, you can also quickly and easily reach both the Bastei Bridge and Schrammsteinaussicht. The hosts were always easy to reach, friendly, and helpful whenever we had a question. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

One small suggestion would be to provide a drying rack or a dedicated place for guests to dry wet clothes. We got caught in the rain and couldn't find one, although we did manage to hang our clothes elsewhere, so it wasn't a big problem for us.

Die abgelegene Lage und doch war man in 5-10 Minuten beim (Bus-) Bahnhof.

Das Häuschen wurde von verschiedenen Navis nur über den Berg als erreichbar angezeigt. Wodurch wir beim ersten Mal ein echtes Abenteuer dahingehend erlebt haben ;P

Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Schlafplätze so wie gewünscht. Beste Lage zum direkt loswandern.

Fenster verdunkeln zwar möglich, dennoch lichtdurchlässig.

Es war sauber und modern eingerichtet.

Wenn man aus dem Fenster schaut, sieht man nur Müll und ungepflegte Anlagen. Wenn man das Badezimmerfenster öffnet kommt von draußen ein Geruch von Müll und Morast rein. Man wird mit 5 Kameras Videoüberwacht und die Treppe und umliegenden Flächen, ebenso die Terasse oben sind ungepflegt. Lediglich die Terrasse bei der Eingangstür ist gepflegt. Aber von dort schaut man auf einen Müllberg.
