The property was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable,even the double def bung bed. The views from the balcony were excellent. Everything you would need for this type of accommodation was catered for.

Lovely apartment in the centre of New Quay. It really is the most perfect location for ice-cream, dolphin watching and fish&chips. The flat has everything you need for afew nights away. We have been coming to New Quay regularly for years and first time at No.1 Sail House, and certainly won’t be the last. We didn’t want to leave 🐬☀️🍦

The property was perfect in every way. It is located centrally across from the beautiful bay. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated with everything you need.
There isnt a thing I could say that is negative!
