Location, 5 minute drive to Allstar Park. Walking distance to town, really close 1 block and you are on the main road to town. Close to food, gas and entertainment. Spacious bedrooms, in fact, one of the bedrooms upstairs had enough room for another bed. New washer and dryer, ease of parking, felt very secure. How was cool when A/c was on. Plenty of sitting and lounging room and dining area and picnic area right outside door. And Pet friendly at no extra charge. Brew U which is literally a 2 minute walk from the unit, has the best Jerk Chicken and rice and beans in New York, not just Oneida but the whole state of New York, it was delicious and close.
