La comunicación con Pilar, la propietaria, ha sido excelente: nos ha proporcionado toda la información necesaria y se ha mostrado siempre disponible para ayudarnos en todo, asegurándose de que disfrutáramos del mejor servicio posible.
El apartamento, por su parte, estaba impecablemente limpio y contaba con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable. Además, destaca su excelente ubicación, con fácil acceso al transporte público, supermercados y todo tipo de servicios, en un barrio agradable y bien situado

Vynikajuca komunikacia s pani majiteľkou, čistý a útulný apartmán, k dispozicii dobre vybavená kuchyňa. V blizkosti potraviny, vstup do metra, aj mnoho autobusov priamo do centra. Poloha naozaj výborná.Veľmi pekná štvrť, kľudná, pokojná. Pri budúcej navšteve Barcelony sa opäť ubytujeme u Pilarť, citili sme sa ako doma. Ďakujeme.

We had a pleasant stay at this appartment. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the beginning. Its location is excellent — just a short walk from a metro station and close to shops, making it very convenient for exploring the city and accessing everyday necessities.
The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming. She provided us with lots of helpful information about both the apartment and the surrounding area, which really enhanced our experience.
One thing to be aware of is that, since the apartment is on the ground floor, it doesn’t get much natural airflow. The only way to ventilate the space is by keeping a window open most of the time. While this wasn’t a major issue for us, it’s something future guests might want to consider.
Overall, it's a cozy and practical place to stay with a great host and a very convenient location. We are looking forward to comeback.

Ubicación, transporte y, sobre todo Pilar la anfitriona siempre ha estado atenta a nuestras necesidades incluso desde antes se llegar. Al irnos nos guardo las maletas lo cual nos ayudo mucho. Le pedimos unas mantas y nos las dio encantada. Nos ayudó con el transporte en la ciudad. Desde luego que volveríamos por su trato.
