Casa Ferrer Barcelona

The host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Even before we arrived, she sent us lots of useful information about transport, shopping, attractions, and much more, which made planning our trip so much easier. Communication was excellent and check-in was extremely easy. Unfortunately, we arrived right in the middle of severe storms and a red weather alert, which resulted in many flights being cancelled. Our host was incredibly proactive, keeping us informed about adjusted shop opening times and anything else we might need while the situation continued. She was also extremely quick to respond and assist with anything we needed during our stay. Her helpfulness, clear communication, and genuine care made a difficult situation much easier to manage. We really appreciated all her support and would happily stay again.

There was honestly nothing to fault. Everything was great, and when we needed some extra pillows, they were provided happily. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
