Vermieter waren ansprechbar und zuvorkommend, aber zu keiner Zeit aufdringlich. Der Ort selbst bietet zwar keine besonderen touristischen Attraktionen, ist aber dafür zur Erkundung des Großraums München, des Chiemgaus und der oberbayerischen Seen gleichermaßen verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Haus und Wohnung sind sehr sauber, der Balkon eine ruhige Frischluftoase und das Bett sehr bequem.
In der Küchenausstattung hätte ich mir wohl noch einen Toaster gewünscht, und den - von mir nicht benötigten - Kleiderschrank würde ich durch einen kleinen Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl ersetzen, da ich gerne auch während des Urlaubs gelegentlich am Laptop arbeite.

Das Appartment ist behindertengerecht - Fahrstuhl von Tiefgarage bis zum Obergeschoss. Die Betten waren superbequem. Dei Einrichtung war neuwertig und komplett.
Die Wanduhr funktioniert nicht.
