Bardzo włoski klimat, piękne podłogi i ozdoby. Bardzo duży obiekt, z tarasem.
Łazienka wymaga remontu, została odnowiona ale po kosztach. Wejście do obiektu - jeśli ktoś ma problem z poruszaniem się to odradzam ten obiekt. Należy pokonać dwa zakręty bardzo stromych i wąskich schodów. Mają one swój klimat ale mogą sprawiać problem.

Butas erdvus, labai arti senamiesčio, aplinkui kelių minučių spinduliu daug maisto prekių parduotuvių bei kavinių ir restoranų. Lokacija vidiniame kieme, tad nors ir šalia judrios gatvės, triukšmo negirdėti.
