Moderne, saubere und gut gelegene Unterkunft. Hat unsere Wünsche übertroffen. Raumaufteilung super und gut durchdachtes Konzept. Parkplatz direkt vorne dran und ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ganz in der Nähe.
Nicht gefallen ist die falsche Überschrift. Ich würde nur noch empfehlen Mückennetze und Mückentüren zu installieren, um bei wärmeren Tagen die Fenster nachts offen lassen zu können und eine Mikrowelle vor Ort wäre schön.

Die EBM Ferienwohnungen sind absolut neu und mit allem ausgestattet. (Spülmaschine, Wasch-, Küchenzubehör, usw.) Auch "fehlendes Zubehör" aus älteren Bewertungen wurde aufgerüstet (Besen, Besteck, usw.) Komplett unproblematischer Check IN/ Out mithilfe eines Türcodes. Die Anlage drum herum ist sehr gepflegt, Spielplatz direkt um die Ecke.
Die gemietete Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock ist leider im Hochsommer (über 30°) absolut ungeeignet. Am Anreisetag (späte Ankunft) hatten wir 27-28 Grad in den Schlafzimmern. An den anderen Tagen (morgens gelüftet und tagsüber die Rollo unten) war es nur geringfügig besser. Was erschwerend dazu kommt, aber natürlich grundsätzlich verständlich. Spät Abends bis 21-22 Uhr sind die Nachbarn/ Hund sehr aktiv und morgens ab 7 Uhr die umliegenden Baustellen.
