San Lameer Villa 10312 - 3 Bedroom Standard - 6 pax - San Lameer Rental Agency

The unit was nice and spacious and central. It was pretty kiddy friendly which was amazing with our 2 year old. The 3 bedrooms were spacious each with a bathroom ensuite which was also amazing. Kitchen was pretty well equipped and there was a Weber as well as a normal braai outside which was great. Clean with nice sheets and good towels too. Very comfortable and a lovely stay.

Slightly dated but it didn't affect our stay. No dishwasher is really a tough one, the kitchen and sink area is a bit small to be washing a lot of dishes, would really help to add one here. There were only 2 knives that were as blunt as spoons so that could be something that'd be good to add! And another cutting board. Otherwise the rest of the kitchen was very well stocked!

It was so spacious and perfectly located in the estate. Only thing - a dishwasher would be GREAT.

The decor is very dated but we enjoyed our stay so much it did not bother us one bit.

Bigger Spar

The 3 bedroom apartment, each with their own bathroom (including shower and bath), were really comfortable. The view over the golf course from the stoep was lovely. Having impala, bushbuck, duiker and monkeys walk past the unit was great. The kitchen had all the items one needs. When the fridge stopped working a spare one was brought, and then a new one was delivered the following day. The activities on San Lameer are great. So much to do, all set within a beautiful natural environment. Very well designed estate with the housing built behind the dunes. The restaurants at the hotel and golf club were great with delicious food. We loved our 8 night family holiday at San Lameer.

On Booking.com website it stated that there would be air conditioning, a dishwasher and tumble dryer, which was not in the unit. When we questioned Villa Rentals, they said that they had updated this on Booking.com but it had not been changed. This was a little disappointing, especially not having a dishwasher. I see that it has now been updated on the system. Villa Rentals also brought us extra fans. One problem is that the golf course is mowed (in different forms) very early in the morning (06:00), which is very early when one is in holiday. The noise is really annoying so early in the morning, especially when you are trying to sleep and relax.
