Tres bonne situation, tout se fait à pied voire à vélo
(stations vélos électriques à 2 pas à l'université ou à la gare)
Logement et rue très calmes.
Ameublement cosy et et deco chaleureuse. Appart spacieux.

Bien placé dans la ville.
Le manque d'entretien de l'appartement en général. L'impossibilité d'utiliser la 📺 en raison de la complexité des réglages. Le système de location ne permet pas se faire une idée, ne pouvant discuter avec le propriétaire.
