This spacious four-bedroom second-floor condo in a quiet neighborhood has an on-site pool (open May-Sept) and access to the beach and other amenities at Litchfield by the Sea.
The open floor concept seamlessly combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas and you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach on one of the two porches, one of which is screened, offering filtered fairway views of the Reserve Golf Club.
The stainless steel kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook full meals in the unit or whip up some snacks for the beach or the golf course. Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom provide flexible home entertainment.
Two bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, while the other two bedrooms share a bath.
Other essentials include central air-conditioning and heat, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.
Litchfield by the Sea is only a mile away and has beach access and parking, a beach clubhouse and deck, docks for fishing and crabbing, tennis and pickleball courts, and scenic walking and bike trails.
You'll also find a grocery store and plenty of convenient dining options nearby. A dedicated bike path runs right past the neighborhood and provides easy access to the beach and Murrells Inlet. There are six bikes, a bike lock, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and sand toys for your use during your stay.
There's even a season pass to Huntington Beach State Park, which is 5 miles away.
Pawleys Island offers numerous dining options from casual to fine dining, many boutique shops, a dozen golf courses, and several great beaches to enjoy the outdoors.
The condo is ideally situated near The Tradition and The Reserve golf courses and is just a short distance from the Intracoastal Waterway, the MarshWalk in Murrell's Inlet, and Brookgreen Gardens.

Litchfield by the Sea charges a mandatory resort fee of $15 per night, capped at $210. The fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

Property was super nice and host was responsive and friendly. Property was clean but roaches everywhere!!! Please get pest control in here they were in all the rooms.

This was located in a great location, close to many golf courses, which was the intent of our trip. We had lots of room which was way better than a hotel stay. The entire group loved the setup.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on staying here again next summer. The space is great. Two bedrooms on one said of the condo and two on the other side with a door you can close to get some good privacy. Beds were comfortable. No problems with the code to the door, except that it’s as long as a social security number, or the Wi-Fi or tvs. That being said, really our only complaint is that the place just wasn’t clean. The floors didn’t seem vacuumed or mopped. The kids feet were black after being in the condo for a short period of time. Lots of dead bugs that showed it’s not being vacuumed either. Sucks to know you’re paying a decent cleaning fee and they are doing bare minimum cleaning. But like I said, we plan on staying again next year and will probably bring a mop with us.

Property was nice but as soon as we checked in, no AC in half of the condo (2 bedrooms)! It was HOT and very uncomfortable to sleep. After multiple calls to property manager and Vrbo, they finally sent repair man to fix it. Tried to get a refund to compensate but no reply from property manager. Also, water and ice did not work, someone was always parked in our reserved parking space and the code would not work most of the time. Condo was clean and close to everything. Pool was nice. We had family here from Germany, so we were very disappointed with the AC problem.
