It's the perfect home base for enjoying world-famous Clearwater Beach, as it sits within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, charter boats, the fishing pier, and - of course - the beach itself. Back at home on the grounds, spend your afternoons cooling off in a heated outdoor pool overlooking the ICW.

The open living area is beautifully illuminated with sunlight and harbor views, creating the ideal space to gather. There's a richly furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and ample room to dine at the breakfast bar, around the dining room table, and outside on the balcony.
In the evenings, you'll find TVs in all three bedrooms - each of which is paired with a full bathroom. The primary suite boasts a scenic waterfront position with direct access to the balcony. Central air, high-speed WiFi, and a private washer/dryer are on hand as well.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Pictures don’t do this beautiful property justice. It was clean and so spacious, we easily fit all 7 of us easily. If you’ve been to Clearwater you know it can be noisy, this property was just out of the way enough I think to really cut down on outdoor noise but still very walkable to almost everything we wanted to go to. The only issue we really had was that there were no parking passes in our unit when we arrived, the owners were very responsive about the issue. The only other issue we had I don’t think the owners could have helped, there was a loud group of young men staying on an upper floor and they were pretty destructive of the pool area which was disappointing but it wouldn’t prevent us from booking here again as you can run across rude and inconsiderate people anywhere you stay. I do hope they were caught on camera so the complex can recoup money for the damage they caused.

Loved the bigger sized balcony that had a water view and the condo’s location to the beach couldn’t have been more convenient to walk to the beach instead of having to drive and always find parking and tons of restaurants within walking distance as well. Everything was clean when we came as well. This was our second time staying at this specific unit and we are already thinking about our third!
