We offer for rent this magnificent holiday home of 40m2 with garden and private parking.
It is composed of a living room with TV and sofa bed overlooking a superb bay window.
The open kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home.
A bathroom with shower and storage.
A bedroom with wardrobes and double bed.
The accommodations are on stilts so you will have a terrace and a very pleasant garden for outdoor dining.
Very nice cozy apartment located in a very quiet housing development.
The modern style will make you feel right at home.
We can accommodate a maximum of 4 people as the accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed and the living room contains a fully convertible sofa with very comfortable high-end mattress.
Children are accepted, however the accommodation has a terrace with a maximum height of 1m30 without barriers and with stairs, so we ask you to be vigilant.
Quiet town where life is good, between land and sea, the accommodations are close to the village and the industrial area where you will find two supermarkets with laundromats, restaurants, and shops (Super U, Aldi...) .
Markets also take place in the mornings: Thursday morning in the village and Sunday morning in the town centre.
The town of Brignoles (medieval town) is a 15-minute drive away.
The beaches of Hyeres and the port of Toulon are a 30-minute drive away.
Many hikes and walks are also to be done.
