The master bedroom has a queen bed and a nice desk to do some work if you are forced to during your time in paradise. The guest room has a full bed, and also has a stackable washer and dryer to make laundry a breeze. Gorgeous sunsets are available to you on a nightly basis from your front porch, or wander down to the waterfront park a block away for a spectacular evening.
This property also offers plenty of space for boat trailer parking, and is located less than a mile away from the closest public boat ramp that launches directly into the Amelia River.
