About this house rental
Magnificent detached chalet-style maisonette of 35 m2 with all comforts in the middle of a property of 15 Ha of forest and lush garden, without neighbours and in absolute calm located in the heart of Tursan in the Landes. At your disposal three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom for an exceptional stay.
At nightfall, when the bright stars open their splendours to you, you will take a sensory journey to the heart of our Universe. Discover a unique experience of stay.
OUR BUCOLIC ACCOMMODATION
Our accommodation has been designed to provide you with maximum modern comfort while enjoying nature of exceptional beauty. Our bungalow is a real little house. All the elements
that sometimes constitute this kind of light structure have been entirely modified or changed.
- Real wooden parquet flooring over the entire floor surface.
- Real shower with tiled floor and massage jets.
- Efficient heaters.
- Large screen TV.
- The insulation is optimal, so it ensures a cozy stay in ALL SEASONS.
- Exterior wooden façade.
The maisonette is located in a garden of 1500 m2 which will be entirely dedicated to you with, from April to October approximately, a swimming pool
PRIVATE under shelter and adjoining the little house.
You can also walk freely in our property of 15 HA + 3 HA of forest,
in the middle of the countryside, in complete confidence given that our property is classified as a 'hunting reserve' and therefore bled dry of any hunter. We are currently in the process of rehabilitating an old fountain which
would once collect water from a spring and where all the villagers came to get their drinking water; thus
than an old washhouse where women from the early twentieth century washed the family's clothes.

The bungalow can accommodate up to 6 people, so don't hesitate to come with your family and enjoy an exceptional setting.
IDEAL STAY FOR TWO or FRIENDS
Why not enjoy a tête-à-tête around a romantic candlelit dinner offered by the lady of the house. More intimate than a restaurant. Here you can even dine in your pajamas and make the most of your evening without the hassle of getting back in the car.
We allow parties and as we have no neighbours, you can turn the sound system up to full blast!
IDEAL STAY FOR EMPLOYEES ON THE GO
Far from the impersonal hotels, here you will find the peace and quiet you need after a hard day's work. Everything is done so that you can have an ideal stay. In addition to a family welcome, you will find comfortable beds. Coffee, tea and sugar are available as well as spices and condiments in a fully equipped kitchen. In the bathroom you will find plenty of towels.
SPECIAL RATE FOR LONG-TERM WORKING STAYS.
SPECIAL SPA STAY - SPECIAL RATE FOR 21 DAYS -
We are about 10 minutes from Eugénie Les Bains, or 9 Km. A world-famous spa treatment centre. As such, we regularly welcome spa guests who choose to stay a little further from the spa centre in order to enjoy certain advantages that they will not find in the city such as:
- A very quiet environment, with no neighbours & in the middle of a 15 Ha property.
- A private garden of 1500 m2 with swimming pool under cover during the summer season (from April to October depending on the weather).
- A fully equipped ultra-insulated and comfortable maisonette with a large screen TV.
- A homemade breakfast, lunch and dinner service just for you.
- Caring hosts.
IMPORTANT: Reservations for the cures can be made from 1 SEPTEMBER TO 30 JUNE INCLUSIVE - EXCEPT JULY AND AUGUST.
