Welcome to Villa Marie-Louise,
Built in 1961 by Charles and Marie-Louise, this "case change of air" with its unique architecture inspired by a ship invites you on a timeless journey.
Let yourself be charmed by this cocoon made of exotic wood and cut stones, its neat decoration and its exceptional waterfront setting.
The course is fixed on the horizon: view of the ocean and its sunsets, song of the waves... all you have to do is let yourself sail.
Villa Marie-Louise has been completely renovated in accordance with its original appearance. With a surface area of approximately 95m² (1,000m² of land), it gives pride of place to noble materials: wood (moabi), cut stones, copper taps/lighting/ladders, thatched roof, waxed concrete... all enhanced by a sober and neat decoration.
We let you discover it in detail:
The villa:
- a first air-conditioned bedroom with an 180x200 bed, an en-suite microcement bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet) and a view of the pool and the garden;
- a second air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 bed, an adjoining waxed concrete bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet) and a view of the swimming pool;
- a third air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a mezzanine with two 90x190 single beds accessible by a ladder and an adjoining microcement bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet);
- a living room with TV and Wifi, dining area open to a fully equipped kitchen - all with a view of the pool, the garden and the ocean;
- a separate toilet with washbasin.
The Pool House:
- a sheltered outdoor table that can accommodate 8 guests;
- a kitchen with fridge/freezer and sink.
The exteriors:
- a large salt swimming pool (maximum dimensions 13m*8m / maximum depth: 2m / alarm protection) with sea view;
- a tropical garden with a brazier that can be used as a barbecue (wood provided);
- direct access to the beach (common access gate to the villa upstream);
- two reserved parking spaces (common to the villa upstream).
