Exceptionally clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows and a well appointed kitchenette. We loved that they offered free laundry, self parking and that the accommodation was located close to the lake. Our only complaint is that the parking lot was extremely icy. We mentioned it to management and they applied some salt but the parking lot needed a good scraping with a plow blade. We would stay here again.

The front desk representative was the rudest I have ever met at a hotel. I was told she had already given her 2 weeks notice but I’m disappointed Hilton would allow her to abuse guests for 2 more weeks. She should have been fired on the spot.
