-Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.
-Pets are welcome but require an additional fee.
-No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
-Street parking is not allowed.
-The minimum age for booking is 25 years.
-Smoky Cove community pool is available for use seasonally and operates from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the hot tub and pool table! Cabin was very clean and they were quick to respond to any questions we had!

Loved the location…just far enough outside of Gatlinburg to appreciate more nature & close enough of a drive to get to the fun stuff like Dollywood. All (3) bedrooms felt like masters with their own bathrooms. Balcony was where we spent the evenings playing cards.Only saw a bear once…be cautious of course & don’t feed them. With our frenchies, being outdoors made us nervous but we felt better seeing some folks freely walking their dogs. There are several markets close by, but drive the extra 10 minutes to get to Publix and save on grocery cost. Or visit the locals market that has a lot of handmade sweets & fresh canned goods. Our only issue is the force-placed damage protection (170 give or take) and the excessive cleaning fee of 400. The cleaning cost should be more like 100-150 max and the floors & one set of sheets were dirty. Outside of that we will be back!!
