Everything was great. Access to the home was easy and simple…however, I had to call to get the access code—nobody reached out to me. And, when I called, they originally could not find my reservation. So, that communication was a little clunky, but we got through it. It was still a 5-Star experience. Thank you.

We loved the look of this cabin. Plenty of room with multiple beds. Two seating areas with big screen TV's. The ping pong table was a big hit. However, the refrigerator and freezer in the kitchen were not working properly. The refrigerator was not staying cold. We did not have it overloaded. Even when we did remove the items to the downstairs refrigerator, the upstairs refrigerator still wouldn't keep items cold. The freezer was not freezing anything at all. I informed the owner. She apologized, but said she wouldn't be able to get anyone out there on the weekend to fix it. We cooked every meal in the cabin, so It was a hassle to go up and down the stairs to carry all the food back and forth. The second issue we had was the grill. We were trying to cook burgers and brats and the grill would not completely heat up. After trying to cook on it, we had to bring the food back up into the house to finish cooking. Despite these issues, our family had a very nice time.

Our stay at the cabin was wonderful....lots of family memories made. The cabin location made us feel like we were secluded in the woods. Our four elementary age grandchildren loved playing in the yard. The cabin is clean and well equipped; we especially appreciated the complete sets of dishes, tableware and knives. The cabin is located close to boat ramps and beaches so we were able to take advantage of the lake. The host was very responsive to our needs.

Property & house were very nice & exceeded our expectations! Everyone in our group had enough privacy, everything was clearly labeled, lots of extra blankets and pillows, very comfortable and good location for what we needed! Will definitely be staying there again!
