The condominium has a large park, with a multipurpose sports field, a children's play area and a billiard room.
There are two large double bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds, mainly suitable for younger guests (height 185-65 cm.).
The main bathroom has a shower and tub.
The second bathroom has a large shower.
The third bathroom has a sink, toilet and washing machine (no bidet, no shower).

A bus connection with the center of Zelbio and the town of Nesso, on Lake Como, is available within walking distance.
